Standard Pricing

At Premier Exterior Solutions we aim to provide a service that protects the value of your home. We do so by providing services that protect and improve your home at a price that will make the choice simple.

At Premier Exterior Solutions we know both your home and your time is valuable, we want to take care of both by making your home-care process simple, fast and effective.

  • Window Cleaning

    Standard window cleaning includes a wet clean of window pane as well as window frame, using a specially formulated cleaning blend that leaves a spotless shine without harmful chemicals. After the wet clean we follow up with a squeegee and towel dry any excess to leave you a spotless, steak-free window.

    We charge on a per pane basis.

    * $6.00 per pane- exterior only (+$2 for second level windows)

    * $11.00 per pane- interior and exterior

    *$125.00 minimum

  • Gutter Services

    Gutter cleanings help to prevent water damage, extend the life of your roof and facia, as well as extend the life of your gutter system.

    Want to take it a step further and make gutter cleaning a breeze? We also install gutter guards as well. Gutter guards protect your gutters from major debris and allow for the wind alone to do the majority of the cleaning work.

    Gutter cleaning: $1.00 per linear foot ($1.30 per linear foot for second level gutters)

    Gutter Guards: $9 per linear foot ($11.00 per linear foot for second level gutters) Price includes: gutter cleaning, parts and labor

  • Holiday Lighting

    Step up your holiday set up with custom holiday lights. Our holiday light package includes custom measurement for your house, a custom lighting design/pattern, annual install, take down and storage.

    * First year price: $10.00 per linear foot- includes purchase of lights, design, install, take down and storage

    * Following years: $6.00 per linear foot- includes install, take down, and storage.

    * Alternatively, we can install your current lights at $3.00 per linear foot- only includes install- Take down is additional $75 for single story, $100 for two-story and you continue to store your lights.

    *Pricing for structural lights only. Additional (ie; landscaping) lighting to be assessed on an individual basis.

  • Solar Services

    Solar Panels are all about efficiency and getting the most out of your investment.

    Cleaning your Solar panels has many benefits, it maximizes the level of efficiency of your panels, extends the life of your equipment, and improves the curb appeal of your home.

    Our cleaning process includes an environmentally safe, ammonia-free wet clean as well as squeegee of all panels.

    Panels are a flat fee of $10 per panel or $15 per panel if roof access is required.
